Church of the Jacobins' couvent

Brick work, a masterpiece of gothic art.
When you step into the Ensemble conventuel des Jacobins Church, you will be struck by the contrast between its imposing and bare exterior and the elegance of the interior.
A palm made up of 22 branches supports the polygonal choir.
The relics of Saint Thomas Aquinas, the famous theologian and philosopher, which were long kept in the Saint-Sernin Basilica were transferred to this church, which had just been restored in 1974.
Around the cloister is the funeral chapel dedicated to Saint Antonin with remarkable 16th century murals as well as the huge canteen, which now houses exhibitions, the chapter house and the sacristy.
