Musée des Augustins - Museum of Fine Arts in Toulouse

The pink city's art history.
Located in the city-centre, the Augustins Museum, the Museum of Fine Arts in Toulouse was established in a former convent, which dates from the 14th century.
After you've admired the church and the little cloister, take the time to admire the 19th century facade, by Viollet-le-Duc, on rue Alsace-Lorraine. The Musée des Augustins's rich collections, comprising over 4,000 works - mainly sculptures and paintings - date from the early Middle Ages to the early 20th century.
